Frances Summers, 73 of 3300 E US 136 died at 5:40 a.m. today in Culver Union Hospital at Crawfordsville. She was a member of the One Way Apostolic Church of Crawfordsville. She was educated in Crawfordsville schools. She was born June 14, 1920 to Fred and Mae West Crnk at Hillsboro and raised by her stepfather, Everett Zachary. She married Ralph Summers on Jan 28, 1939 at Crawfordsville. He preceded her in death March 2, 1969. SUrvuivors include one son, Larry of Crawfordsville; one brother, Raymond Cronk of Crawfordsville; one sister, Jesse Marie Fairfield of Crawfordsville; one stepsister, Anna Ross of Lafayette; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is preceded by one sister, two stepsisters and one stepbrother. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home at Crawfordsville with Rev. Clarence Lee officiating. Burial will be in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral Home. - kbz
